Conclusion of the contract:
The presentation of the products in the online shop represents a non-binding online catalog and not a legally binding offer. The confirmation of receipt of an order takes place immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet represent acceptance of the contract. We can accept the order by sending the goods or by confirming the order. In order to stop overproduction, the items that are designed in Switzerland are made after payment in the EU or in England.

Pricing information:
Our prices are given in CHF, still excl. VAT

Delivery:
The products are manufactured after the order has been placed and are usually shipped within 2-5 working days by our partners in the EU or England. You will receive a tracking number for each package sent, which you can use to track your packages. The products remain until full payment (incl. Shipping) property of Lojalhug.com. Your order will be delivered to the specified address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The transport company assumes responsibility for flawless delivery upon handover.

Disclaimer:
We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect product descriptions or illustrations, or for late delivery. In the event of gross negligence, we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After receiving the complaint, we will carefully review the application and get back to you immediately.

Return:
In order to stop overproduction, the items, which are designed by our designers in Switzerland, are manufactured in the EU or in England after payment. Your order will only be sent to you after a strict quality check. We do not support the carbon-polluting return trend, which leads to a poor environmental balance. Only in the case of gross negligence on the part of Lojalhug.com will you get the ordered product replaced after consultation with us and a careful check. You have no legal right to exchange or return. Packages returned without authorization will be donated by our partners to those in need.


Warranty:
Lojalhug carries out your personalized print jobs professionally and with great care. The products go through a strict quality control. Please note that we do not accept complaints for defects caused by the customer at the time of ordering. For example, customer input errors, poor image quality uploaded for personalized products, product selection errors, and order quantity errors. This also applies to transport damage.

Third Party Rights:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the images you submit for Personalized Items, including copyright, trademark and moral rights. If a third party asserts claims against Lojalhug for infringement of such rights in connection with your order, you will defend these claims and are obliged to bear the costs incurred. Claims for damages by Lojalhug remain unaffected.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction and severability clause:
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to this contract is Weinfelden.
In the event that one or more provisions or parts of a provision of this Agreement are held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining part or remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
Instead of an invalid or unenforceable provision, a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to have been agreed. The same applies if a gap occurs.
